Post-lockdown effects continue to influence turnovers in this year's Top 70 Landscape & Maintenance Contractors rankings

HortWeek’s fifth annual Top Landscape & Maintenance Contractors report charts the 70 leading players in the landscape construction and maintenance market.

Nearly all of the top 10 businesses increased their turnover this year, as did many further down the list. However, a number of companies have experienced a decrease in turnover, which may be because after many firms experienced unprecedented high levels of work off the back of lockdown that inevitably slowed down in the following year. Of course, this could also be due to the numerous challenges the industry has faced over the past few years with material shortages, inflation, and the ongoing skills shortage.
