The Hertfordshire company launched its apprenticeship scheme in May 2011 after winning new contracts and appointed a dedicated apprentice mentor, Richard Smith.
Now the company is committed to this "grow-your-own" approach.
Contracts director Ian Pitkin said: "Our apprenticeship scheme is producing some really talented individuals and I look forward to seeing them progress within the business in the future. We recognise that money spent on training is not a cost to the business, it is an investment."
The National Apprenticeship Awards is in its tenth year. The award winners will be announced at a ceremony in September in Cambridge.
National Apprenticeship Service divisional apprenticeships director Karen Woodward Service said: "Apprenticeships are a great way for young people to earn while they learn in a real job, gaining a real qualification and rewarding career opportunities.
"Hiring apprentices is a proven way of attracting new talent and developing a motivated, skilled and diverse workforce."
