Built in a traditional oak frame style to a high standard of finish, the structures are in keeping with the existing buildings on the site and will be completed shortly. They will allow the company to realise a long-held ambition to provide subsidised staff accommodation on-site.

A year of buoyant sales, just below 2015's company record, with before-tax profits a respectable 3.9%, enabled an across-the-board profit sharing bonus of nearly £1,900 to all full-time employees, with part-timers rewarded pro-rata.
Thanks to a strong track record on employee welfare, 25% of staff have been with the company for more than 10 of its 16 years in business. More recent recruits have joined over the past two years largely as a result of an expanding workforce, providing a pool of talent for future growth.
Feedback surveys show customer satisfaction ratings have remained consistently high, with 77%t of 251 respondents rating the company as "excellent" and a further 22% as "good", giving it a 99% affirmative rating from customers.
