New £1,500 scholarship available to growers

David Colegrave Foundation launches South West Growers scholarship.

Students of horticulture can apply for a new £1,500 scholarship launching at the South West Growers Show in Exeter on 1 October.

SWGS chairman David Jackson said the scholarship was aimed at commercial or production horticulture students in the UK.

Jackson said the money was to support young growers entering the industry.
