Nationwide grounds maintenance contract worth £13,150,000

The Riverside Group tender could last for up to 10 years.

The contract is split into 10 lots covering the following areas:

Liverpool & Merseyside
Greater Manchester
Cumbria
Yorkshire
North East
Midlands
South West
London & South East
Kent
Scotland

Firms may bid for a single lot or a combination of lots.

The scope of services at high-level include, but are not limited to:

  • grass cutting;
  • hedge and shrub pruning
  • weed control

The scope of services for this tender does not include what TRG has deemed to be more specialist grounds maintenance services, such as invasive weeds (Japanese Knotweed) and tree work which are tendered under separate contracts.

Successful tenderers will win a contract for five years initially with an option for a five-year extension.

The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 17 May 2021.
