Baroness says sending plants to Northern Ireland will be 'impractical'
Baroness Hoey has asked Defra what steps they will take to enable individuals to send plants and seeds from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, "given that the current arrangements impose bureaucratic hurdles that make this impractical".
