Members can now get technical support on demand after the role of BALI technical officer was created.
Jonathan Tame has been brought in to support BALI technical director Neil Huck. Tame will be able to help members by phone and email and will also visit members across the country. He can help with issues including changes in legislation, best practice and how to get the most from their BALI membership.
Shaw Pye has been appointed in a newly-created sales officer role. He will support members during their first year and seek to build membership. He will also visit members to explain BALI benefits.
A new membership officer has also joined the team. Emily Pollock will work alongside existing membership officer Rachel Douce.
All three are based at BALI headquarters at Landscape House in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
Chief operations officer Wayne Grills said: "We must constantly review how best to serve all of our members, not just those who regularly engage with regional activity.
"By ensuring that all members have ready access to technical, membership and regional support from an enhanced Landscape House team who will also be out and about visiting them, the BALI Board believes members will receive even greater value from their membership."
